Pastor, priest or someone to hold a ceremony. Urgent!

We are a Norwegian couple, getting married in Birinu in May this year.
We need someone to hold the ceremony. We got the name for one pastor, but his price is 550 EUR, which is way too expensive for us!
We will get married oficially in the Court house in Norway the week before Our wedding ceremony in Riga. (Because of the paperwork we can't get legally married in Latvia). But, we want to have an autenthic wedding-like ceremony in front of Our friends and Family in Latvia also.
Does anyone know anyone who can help us holding the ceremony??
This person does not need to have a licence to conduct a legal wedding, but we need someone who has done this before, so that Our ceremony will be Nice and serious.
