Mums, sievietēm, ir svarīgi justies skaistām, sievišķīgām, pašpārliecinātām, novērtētām un stiprām. Manuprāt, kāzu diena ir tas brīdis, kad gribās justies tieši šādi. Nereti mēs meklējam iespējas, kā šīs visas īpašības izkopt. Citrreiz mēs vēlamies, lai mums kāds palīdz, pastutē vai pasaka, kā labāk. 

Tieši te nāku talkā es, privātais treneris. Vairāk kā 5 gadus palīdzu sievietēm sagatavoties kāzu dienai.  Esmu šeit, lai palīdzētu tev sagatavoties taviem skaistajiem svētkiem un izskatīties fantastiski tevis izvēlētajā kāzu kleitā. 

Pēc katra klienta vēlmēm tiks izstrādāta atbilstoša treniņu programa un uztura ieteikumi, lai pēc iespējas labāk Tev palīdzētu sasniegt vēlamos rezultātus.

Mana specialitāte ir pirmskāzu privātie treniņi, kur es pielietoju efektīvu treniņu metodiku, kas balstās uz sava ķermeņa izpratni, mobilitāti, vingrinājumu izpildes veidu un intensitāti, atkārtojumu skaitu, kā arī atpūtas intervālu un atkārtojumu ilguma. 

Esmu guvusi pieredzi ārvalstīs, kur arī radās šī ideja par pirmskāzu treniņu programu. 

Savu pieredzi un zināšanas vēlos piedāvāt arī sievietēm Latvijā. 

Katram jaunajam klientam piedāvāju 35 minūšu bezmaksas konsultāciju, kuras laikā apspriedīsim Tavas vēlmes un iespējas, kā arī sīkāk pastāstīšu par pirmskāzu treniņu programu un izcenojumu.

“I’d ordered my wedding dress 12 months before our wedding. After that, I had 6 months of non wedding-related stress that resulted in me not working out and eating a lot of unhealthy food. I had put on so much weight and was feeling so down about the dress I’d ordered. 

Then I found Elina. She sat we me and talked to me about my life, how I ate, what I wanted, we looked at photos of my wedding dress and she asked me particularly how I wanted to look. I cannot tell you how great it was to have a PT that listens to your needs but also a female who understands the female body and mind.

Elina helped me to understand how much my body was capable of doing and that feeling tired and unable to do that last rep was all in my mind. Each workout was different, Elina knows a huge variety of exercises and mixes up every session.

I lost 10 kilos in 4 months and gained lots of muscle and definition. My friends and family were so complementary, specifically pointing out the toning in my legs and back. I learned that my body can do a lot more than my mind and that pushing those extra few reps will speed up my results.”

“Elina was a fantastic PT and was really focused on our goal together, we had only 6 weeks and 1 session per week but each session was tailored to my dress. As I did not have a figure hugging dress and the dress had an open back we focussed in on my arms and back - which previously had hardly any muscle! Each session was different and engaging. Elina in the first session made sure to give me several different exercises to work on while training on my own, as I loved Cardio she ensured that this was continued in my own time, and we worked on strength and conditioning. The best thing I learnt was how to lift weights properly, as I had never done this before, and I have continued to use this knowledge 6 months later!

I honestly could not have been happier about how I looked in my dress and I really put that down to the PT sessions I had with Elina in the final 6 weeks, her support during the sessions and ensuring I went to the gym outside of those sessions.”
